Trial subscription doens't work

I subscribed for a trial version of avast cleanup and when I launched the clean up Iam asked to pay.

How can I manage ?

Have you tried the product before? You can only do the free trial once.

Hi,

your trial license seems valid according to our systems.
Could you please take a screenshot of the situation when you open Cleanup so we can see how it looks like?

Also you can check whether the license is correctly activated in Menu - My licenses where you should see that you have the Trial active.
