How do i have this also show scan ARCHIVES FILES,
THANK U for the help & take care ok, “AAUS”
hello "Tech’ no I mean so that when I run AVAST virus scan say once a week, it will scan all hard drives, (c 7 d) and also scan the RCHIEVES files/folders also at same time 'thank u again for the help “AA”
you set the sensivity of the scan by pressing one of the buttons ins lower left of the avast mainscanner window, i.e. your screenshot above
(the “skull” is for chest, one is for updates, and the 3rd is what you want):
then there pops up a little slider for the scan sensivity, and in this pop-up there’s also a checkbox for archive scanning
I think this should pop up for a short time also right after you click the Harddisk symbol (when selecting WHAT to scan)
(if not: either browse through all the options/settings, or repair/reinstall avast)
