Trogen Wintools S.exe

Avast keeps alearting me to a trogen found in Common files\wintools\Wintools S.exe and in Restore. System is Win XP home.
After sending it to chest, it comes back after a while weather on or off the net. That file can not be found anywhere in computer after deletion by Avast when using search for file. But Wintools S.exe comes back for Avast to find again. Can you advise me on what to do as I have not been able to find anything on this on the net.

Try:
Start > Control Panel > System > System restore > Disable
Click Apply
Enable it again
Click Ok

See what you get.

Thanks that seamed to do the trick. It would not alow the change in Restore untill I shut down and on restart it went ok. No problem since after 4 hours.

Wintools = Spyware

I suggest to remove it completely.

Thank you, it did come back. I did not know that Wintools was a spy ware. Will try to compleatly remove that program and file.
