I’ve been using Internet virus protection for 3 year and this is the second time my PC is infected by malware Troian Urausy.
This virus blocked my pc with a message asking to pay a fine because of italian law violation but it is a trick well know by italian postal police.
Why Avast doesn’t detect and protect my PC from this virus?
First time I had to pay a local provider to remove it now I would like to try to remove it by myself but I’m not an expert.
Could you please help me?

It is as with human viruses. Doctors/Scientists can only find a cure for something that exists.
It i not possible to find a cure for a disease that doesn’t exist.

I’ve been using avast! for a number of years now. It may have it’s faults but overall it’s much better then AV’s like Norton, Macafee, AVG etc. On a regualr basis I attempt to test Avast! Most malicious sites are blocked. But not all of them. Just like the best of the best get infected. Every one time or another will have a virus. garuntee it
