Trojan 32 trouble....win xp

Hi, Im having trouble with trojan 32 infections on my computer, i have been searching through the forums and have found other people with similar problems, the solution was

  1. Disable System Restore and reenable it after step 3.
  2. Clean your temporary files.
  3. Schedule a boot time scanning with avast with archive scanning turned on.
  4. Use SUPERantispyware, MBAM (again) or Spyware Terminator to scan for spywares and trojans. If any infection is detected, better and safer is send the file to Quarantine than to simple delete than.
  5. Test your machine with anti-rootkit applications. I suggest avast! antirootkit or Trend Micro RootkitBuster.
  6. Make a HijackThis log to post here or, better, submit the RunScanner log to to on-line analysis.
  7. Immunize your system with SpywareBlaster or Windows Advanced Care.
  8. Check if you have insecure applications with Secunia Software Inspector.

following these steps I will paste my hijack this log that somone can hopefully help me out…

I use windows firewall…

Also, the spinach anti spyware file is from my spyware program (it was provided by my ISP so it should be legitimate

I think the virus has stopped my internet connection from working (my network adapter has been disabled by it) thats how I came to find the trojan 32 infections. I am Still unable to connect to the internet after removing those items in hijack this

Try using the free version of malwarebytes antimalware (MBAM)

http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php

yeah, I’ve tried that… It didn’t find anything… The main problem is that it has made my network adapter stop working, and so i can no longer go onto the internet-i am seeking help on a seperate laptop…

When I go into the device manager my network adapters do not appear until I choose to ‘show hidden devices’ … Also when I look in the task manager it says no active network adapters found.

When I go to my network places, and network connection, lan does not show up at all, and when I click to disable the network connection from my desktop i get error and it doesnt work…

Do you think I should just reinstall windows…By the way I have tried to update my drivers ect by that hasn’t helped

Ok, Ive got my internet connection up and running again which means I can update Avast, SuperAntiSpyware, A-Squared, Malwarebytes, and spybot…

Ill let you know what the results of these scans are after they have been updated, thanks

However, now my audio has stopped working…it says the device drivers are no longer there, but in the device manager they are still there.

i think if im not wrong you got a hacker or something correct me if im wrong ;D

Well, I have managed to get rid of the infections in my computer, but now everytime I start up windows i get an error message saying…

Data Execution Prevention
Generic Host Process for Win32 Services

After this error my sound card driver stops working and does not work again until I reinstall the driver for it. Also my taskbar and stuff goes all ‘windows classic’ which is crappy…

does anyone know how to get rid of this error…?
