When i opened hotmail, got msg “threat detected”. Malware.gen (Trj). My inbox is displayed but is frozen…on laptop and desktop. Works on ipad. Gmail and yahoo still work fine. Help please. Thx very much.
Does your outlook (hotmail) spam folder containe any spam?
If so are you able to empty spam folder from your iPad? … does that change anything
