I am happy to report that with everyone’s advice and help that my system is now clean. Thank you everyone for the help. I have seen a lot in my time but there are times that everyone needs some help.

Zlob is very good at downloading additional malware - especially SmitFraud. I didn’t see this in your initial logs but that is a chance it could have been installed prior to your removing Zlob. So keep an eye out for signs of SmitFraud.
If you want to clean up some of the tools we used and the backups they made open OTMoveIt again and click the CleanUp button. This will remove all, including itself. If you’re keeping the tools remember that ComboFix is updated often. Since it does not include an updater you should delete the old version and download a fresh copy if you every need it again.
You should also set a clean restore point and delete the old ones to play it safe.

EDIT: Almost forgot to mention your Java is an older version. You should get the latest version here

and uninstall all older versions in Add/Remove Programs. You need to remove the old versions manually - the update will not do this for you.
