Trojan found - can't get rid of it I?gonui.exe

I am getting a Trojan message: “C\WINDOWS\system32\I?gonui.exe[PECompact]”
When I try to put it in the chest, I get the message that the file can’t be found. I found a thread discussing a gonui.exe Trojan and there was a Click Here link that supposedly would take me to the fix, but when I clicked on it, it didn’t work.

Any other links for the solution?
