I use a chinese chat system named QQ (TENCENT software) since rather long time even when i was under Windows XP Pro.
Yesterday that chat system was working ok. To day, after the online update of the Avast base it detects the following Trojan:
WIN32:Delf-GNK [trj]
Avast says that it is a trojan but i find no reference about this.
Now i can not use my QQ system it has been blocked by Avast.
it’s probably a false positive… send us the file in a password protected archive to virus[at]avast[dot]com… you can add all the affected files to exclusions temporarilly to make your QQ working…
p.s. fill in “false positive: Delf-GNK” as the message subject
Did you add it to the Standard Shield, Customize, Advanced, Add list ?
This is the exclusions for the on-access scanner, the Program Settings, Exclusions is for on-demand scans.
If you did what was the path that you entered (it must be the full path and file name or used in conjunction with wildcards) ?
