Trojan gen (other)

Avast identified a Trojan gen (other)
In the virus alert window the following information was provided
“C:\WINDOWS\system32\iedld32.dll”
This file was removed to chest (and later deleted)
Computer still not working correctly suffering various problems (mainly .exe filesand explorer)
Boot time scan carried out and the same file was identified again and deleted again
Is this Trojan also known as Trojan.Hiddl-B. ??

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you know if the following fix is effective

%SysDir%\iedld32.dll - Dangerous

Iedld32.dll is a Trojan.Hiddl-B.
Iedld32.dll downloads and executes files.
Related files:
WIN32HOST.EXE
%System%\SVSHOTC.EXE
%System%\iedld32.dll
Removal:
Remove iedld32.dll from Windows startup
Remove %SysDir%\iedld32.dll

Only problem is I am no expert when it comes to editing registry or startup files.
