It is to automate a certain process that you need to clear the malware from your machine, if you know how to copy, cut and paste and know how to paste that in a notepad file and then save this with the name fix.reg as ALL FILES (so not as a txt file, but save as type fix.reg then save as where it says ALL FILES), or is English not your native language?
