Certainly what you are constructing is a registry file that will delete from your registry a bad value that was left over. By itself and with no file it is relatively harmless, but I always err on the safe side
When you merge the entry it will go to this section of your registry HKEY_USERS.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run then locate the value “Windows 32 system”=- and delete it the = and - tell regedit what to do
It is on your desktop so it is easy to find, once you have merged it you can delete the fix.reg
