From what many have posted earlier in the forums, I have had all this happen to me lately. Browser slows down, redirect to sites I have no clue what they are and some other stuff. I ran Malwarebyes and it detected the lovely trojan.happili virus. Any suggestions on what to do to get this pain in the butt off my laptop? Any help is greatly appreciated!

the removal experts are in bed now, so check tomorrow
and it seems you have AVG and McAfee installed…
never install multiple AV as this will give you a slow machine, mysterious windows errors and false detections
uninstall one, then run the vendors removal tool to clear any leftover files that may conflict

I uninstalled avg and ran removal tool.

[SUSP PATH] SmileboxTray.exe – C:\Users\Jen\AppData\Roaming\Smilebox\SmileboxTray.exe [7] → KILLED [TermProc]
Here is what I could find.
My computer is still running slow and redirecting to unknown web pages during searches from google. I ran avg in safe mode per reply from techy friend and I have attached the report also
OK lets remove that and see if McAfee is still present on your system
Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems
Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot
Run OTL
[*]Under the Custom Scans/Fixes box at the bottom, paste in the following

[CREATERESTOREPOINT]
[Reboot]
[*]Then click the Run Fix button at the top
[*]Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
[*]Open OTL again and click the Quick Scan button. Post the log it produces in your next reply.
Here is the OTL log
Is spybot still finding it ?
Open SpyBot.
Check for problems.
When the scan completes, right click on the results list, select “Copy results to clipboard”.
Paste (Ctrl+V) those results to this thread
