Trojan Horse Blocked popup appears frequently

Hi Avast Support Team

I am using Outlook 2013 and Windows 10. Every few minutes I get the red popup saying Trojan Horse Blocked and that no further action is required.

  • There are tons of items in the virus chest that keep increasing each time I get the popup
  • I have run a boot time scan which found nothing
  • I have run a malware remover which also found nothing

Is there something wrong with / infected in my system? How can I stop getting these popups without putting myself at risk?

Please let me know which log files I need to send and how do I retrieve them.

Could you screenshot the alert and post it here… Then

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.

Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

[*]Right click to run as administrator (XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File). When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
[*]Select additions at the bottom
[*]Press Scan button.

[*]It will produce a log called FRST.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
[*]Please attach both logs generated.
