trojan horse in the win32?

hookay so im semi good with computers but i cannot seem to get rid of this one virus called Trojano-1239 – i did the HJT (hi jack this) file and i have the report and i was hoping that someone could perhaps help me out with this >.>
ive done everything i can possibly think of i have ad aware , spybot , microsoft anti spyware and avast! the location of the file is C:\windows\system32\wcqnffu.dll but i cant get at it . i try to move the file and avast says that it cannot find the file specified. im running windows XP i have recently updated all of the files and security settings.

ive done everything i can possibly think of
What exactly have you tried? The most likely reason of not being able to get rid of it is because it is in use so windows in its infinite wisdome protects it.

Schedule a boot-time scan from within avast? - it now shouldn’t be in use before windows starts.
Reboot into safe mode and run an avast scan?

Check out the unknown, using google, etc. are they things that you installed. Fix the entries indicated as nasty using HiJackThis, e.g. tick the box to the left of the entries.

When removing malware, one anti-virus program never catches everything. As David said, there is malware on your computer which avast! has missed. I suggest you take these steps before attempting to fix anything with HijackThis!

  1. Ensure avast! and your anti-spyware programs are up to date.
  2. Download Ewido anti-Trojan Program, install and update.
  3. Download Trend Micro Sysclean and the latest definitions file.

Then run an avast! boot time scan as David suggests. When this is done, reboot into safe mode and run Sysclean, Ewido, and your anti-spyware programs.

Finally, post a fresh HijackThis log so we can check you’re clean.
