Recently, I do scan on some of my old files (game, android, etc.) and come accross the following file :o (scanned in two sites):

This is something used for NDS game console (translation from Chinese to English: TT and YS Menu Update Agent 2.1.exe, I don’t play NDS game for a long time…) I got this from a rar file, which is still on my computer

This has not been ran in my computer. Has my computer affected by the trojan horse?

You should be fine if you did not use a program to open/decompress the file: http://www.rarlab.com/rar_file.htm

Your confusion may be because an a/v program can open an archived file (.rar, .zip, etc.,) without actually running it, if not password protected. It is inert as long as it remains compressed, and cannot harm your system in that state.

If you don’t use it or need it, toss it into the garbage.
