Trojan Horse (Win32:TratBHO [Trj])

Hi,

After downloading something Avast! popped up saying a trojan horse was found. I did as it recommended which was to ‘move to chest’ but the alert kept popping up every 10 mins or so but with its file name having a different series of characters. My operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium.

PLEASE HELP!!!

here is my Hijack this log and my combofix one both are attached. could you please check in case there is anything bad in there. otherwise i think the trojan horse virus is gone.

hi there! so i see you had a trojan and are sure now that its gone. maybe you can help me. i was infected(?) because the siren went off for avast! and said Trojan horse - code- ASW #FNV-847436. I dont know where to look up that code. matter of fact, i can’t even figure out how to post my own questions on this site! I entered my pic. also but i dont see it.
when i run spybot S & D - it stops at the file(?) saying trojan horse, then gives me a dialog box that says OK, and after clicking on that, the Spyware pgm conts. to run and fixes problems. But in the list, i never see the word Trojan.
can you help me? thanks teemarie

coolkid…nothing sticks out in ur hjt log but someone else will have to check ur combofix (i can tell u take a lot of pictures from the programs on ur log…hehe). tinamarie, u will have to post ur own question outside of someone else’s post. Go to the viruses and worms tab and look in the upper right hand of the screen to see where u can post new topics.
