Hey, syoutube.com (CLICK WITH CAUTION!). Trojan Horse apparently. I disbaled Web and Network shield to see what it was trying to do to my computer. It’s actually managed to disable my Web Shield. Network shielding is back up but I know have the Web Shield down, Restarting is ineffective, manual stuff. Any ideas? I’ve got MBAM running a scan, Quick Scan came back clean. But I don’t know if it’s able to spread through my network. If it can I need to know ASAP, We do have a lot of extremely important files on 1 computer (School, Tax etc).

first: AdwCleaner and Malwarebytes

then: OTL and aswMBR

malwre removers will be back tomorrow and check the logs

I checked the reports there. It seems to be Malware free. So what’s stopping Avast from booting the Web Shield Module?

And I saw a thread that named the Mal:URL2 thing means blacklisted. So is that why it got blocked in the first place?

Okay, Avast decided it was time to go back to work. The Web Shield was reactivated after quite literally taking my computer and wires apart, and then back together again. So if you guys want you can lock this thread now. Thanks!
