Trojan horse

Hello all!
I really need some help. It all started yesterday when I tried to see a movie on a website I use every day. Avast keeps popping up a window warning me about an infection called JS:scriptIP-inf[Trj].
It happened in the morning and I thought it’s just one website but then I downloaded a song (again a website I usually use) and it was ok. At the second song the window popped up again.
I think it’s a little weird it happens only on these 2 websites. I tried to find help on so many websites after that and the warning didn’t show up.
There are 2 more weird thing that happened. Last night my touchpad stopped working. I couldn’t click anything. Than a blue screen appeared and my laptop needed reboot.
Same thing happened today twice when I tried to update Avast. First time it happened pretty fast but the second time the update was almost done but my touchpad died and the blue screen showed up and I had to reboot again.
In the meantime I tried safe mode and safe mode with networking (last time it didn’d enter in safe mode) to get rid of this virus, cleaned Chrome history, cookies, tried to run Malwarebytes which actually worked and it fixed 2 files.
I tried 2 removal tools to clean the infection and both found threats but I couldn’t repair anything because those tools weren’t free and I would need to register.
I don’t know what I can do,I couldn’t find any good free tools which is frustrating because I had another virus once and I found Malwarebytes which helped me then but know I need something stronger and free
I’m opened to suggestions.
Thanx for your time! (I know it was a long topic)

Here. Scanning took so long I thought I won’t sleep tonight ;D

As a little update I still can’t update Avast and 10 mins ago I tried to get a few windows updates but the blue screen slapped me again  That’s what the virus is doing there? Not giving me permission to update things? :-X

Have a bit patience.
A removal expert will soon help you further.
Don’t forget it is holiday season so it can take a bit before one is available.
