Trojan Horse

Hi, so, my laptop got infected and thanks to Avast, I managed to clean almost all of the virus but there’s one particular that won’t go away.

I tried Full-time and boot time scan, but it just wouldn’t go away.

Can someone please help me?

I edited the thread with pictures.

It infected my NTUSER.dat.log1 file and the virus is indetified as JS:ScriptSH-inf [Trj]
