Avast has been popping up seemingly randomly the past few days, claiming to be blocking a trojan. I have gone through the steps recommended on a previous forum post, and have attached the recommended logs to this post.
Can anyone help me figure this out?

Hi could you attach a screenshot of the avast popup
Warning This fix is only relevant for this system and no other, using on another computer may cause problems
Be advised that when the fix commences it will shut down all running processes and you may lose the desktop and icons, they will return on reboot
Run OTL

[*]Let the program run unhindered, reboot the PC when it is done
