What make avast against the bot Rootkit Spy eye?
I have removed it from my machine with DE-Cleaner, but Avast was not installed while i was infected with it. So i dont know whether avast save me from spy eye attacks or not. I think about to buy avast für 2 Machines.

Spy eye was hijacking my onlinebanking connection and taking a TAN-Number and sending 1000.03 € to England…

Maybe the rootkit scanner of avast is also able to remove it? Or the script protection prevent the hijacking?? Does anyone know something about Trojan-Script-Bot-Rootkit-Phishing-Hihacking?

Avast checks for rootkits. Since rootkit is a technic rather than a special software, avast will detect it iirc.

yes.... but new version of SpyEye are released every day....and no security program have 100% detection

I am using Kaspersky virtual key board for online banking etc.My father used to give me his cc for gaming purposes :slight_smile:
