Trojan using taskmgr to load viruses?

Here is the log from hijackthis. Avast came up with warning of a virus detection in taskmgr. I think this pc has a lot of remote control trojans. How can I best clean this thing up?

Open Avast, Click on menu (upper left corner) and select schedule boot scan, Reboot. Then download, update and run.

I’m having a look at your log but will need a few more minutes. In the mean time please upload these files to Virus Total for analysis and post the results
