HI!!!
I have a lot of virus, can you help me.
I dont know what can i do?
win32:NcaseSpy[trj] in C:\windows\mxml.exe
win32:trojan-gen{other} in c:\Archivos de programa\Alwil Software\ Avast4\Data\moved\apuc.dll
win32:trojan-gen {other} in
c:\Archivos de programa\Alwil Software\ Avast4\Data\moved\syswebtelecomint.dll
win32:bispy[trj] in c:\Archivos de programa\Alwil Software\ Avast4\Data\moved\preinstt.exe
win32:trojan-gen{other} in c:\Archivos de programa\Alwil Software\ Avast4\Data\moved\trz6.tmp
win32:trojan-gen{other} in c:\Archivos de programa\Alwil Software\ Avast4\Data\moved\twaintec.dll
win32:trojan-213 [trj] c:\Archivos de programa\Alwil Software\ Avast4\Data\moved\unstSA2.exe
I just restarted my computer and avast srtarted to work and detected all this virus but couldnt repair, i just moved it to the avast chest, but i dont know what can i do for remove it from my computer.
HELP ME

  • Delete C:\windows\mxml.exe
  • Delete all files in the Virus Chest
  • Run a boot time scan (start Avast > Menu > Schedule boot scan)

Let us know how you are doing when this is done.

I already delete the files and ran the bootscan but avast detected another infected files, they are:
c:\recycler\nprotect\00408639.dll,00408640.dll,00408641.exe,00408642.dll and 00408643.dll whit win32:trojan-gen{other}
Can I just delete the files?

Yes delete them. They are in the part of the recycle bin that is protected by Norton Utillities. So empty recycle bin and than empty Norton protected files there also.

They are in the recycler, so you certainly can. In fact, emptying the Recycle Bin should be enough.
