Trojan.W32.LoadMoney.A

I have a file on my computer which is named as install_flashplayer11_mssd_aih.exe I can not delete this files. It throws an error while deleting. When I searched on the internet for this name, I got to know that this is a Trojan file. How to get rid of this file?
