Trojan.Win32.Monder.nvub

Hello, why do avast internet security not detecting Trojan.Win32.Monder.nvub? Somebody sent spam with my email accounts and i was scanning with de-cleaner. Watch the image to see that ais is not able to find anything.

As we have said 100 times before …no AV have 100% detection

Have you tested the file at www.virustotal.com ?

decleaner is only for the extreme evil rootkits. It run a cleaning procedure after deleting this file. Its not only this file. Always if i have a big problem and a normal antivirus program find nothing, decleaner will help. Decleaner is not for realtime scanning.

and what find avast??? A false positive Unlocker ebay shortcuts. am angry today, i will see the rootkit removed by avast.

No antivirus is 100% ;D and plus you dont have layered security…so any antivirus will get bypassed…even if its kaspersky or avast!

send the undetected infected files to virus@avast.com for analysis…keep files password protected and zipped…use a program like 7-zip

Capt9080.sys is Universal Serial Bus Camera Driver is a driver file from company Service & Quality Technology. belonging to product SQ908…So this could be a possible false detection…

Me thinks it would be better to allow your Malware specialist essexboy to check that file with his magic tools like TDSSKiller.

I still wouldnt trust that alarm from de-cleaner even if its powered by kaspersky as official tools like tdsskiller are better and accurate.

Actually, its your mistake that you got infected…because the user itself is the first layer of protection…the more you are cautious and alert about browsing opening e-mails plugging USB’s the more the protection 8)
