I used avast and windows XP, and I get a message from avast " cheval de troie Win 32: tibs -ADO[trj] in a lot of .exe program. I believe this message is not true , because a lot of .exe program seems to be infected. This message appear 2 weeks ago, and the file infected was in my computer before and not detected by avast before.
What I can do to Bypass this alert because I beleive the infection is not true or the message is not correct.
If you are getting a virus warning that you believe is a false positive, then if you can zip and password protect (‘virus’, will do) the suspect file and send it to virus (at) avast.com.
Give a brief outline of the problem, the fact that you believe it to be a false positive and include the password in the body of the email. Some info on the avast version and VPS number (see About avast: right click avast icon) will also help.
