If you are never on this page it is likely that you have a trojan downloader on your system trying to contact that site and avast is blocking it. DrWeb link checker confirms Trojan.Swizzor also.

Please don’t place active links to suspect sites, modify your post to break the link, e.g. http :// bins.dns-look-up.com/bins/int/upAYB.int, this will not stop investigation but accidental exposure by the curious.

What is your firewall ?
A firewall with outbound protection could have prevented the trojan getting out.

If you haven’t already got this software (freeware), download, install, update and run it, preferably in safe mode.
