Well ewido is more of a specialist trojan hunter so it might pick up something that avast didn’t. I’m sure we may hear from our resident Arovax member ‘cerbey’, see this thread and PM him - http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=17216.0
You could also check the offending/suspect file at: Jotti - Multi engine on-line virus scanner if any other scanners here detect them it is less likely to be a false positive. You can’t do this with the file in the chest, you will need to move it out.

It certainly looks that way, assuming that you both have the latest signature updates in ewido and more importantly of course the same version of Arovax liveupdate.exe
