Trojano-131 appears again and again

Hi all, I have problem with Trojano-131 virus. It always appears in C:\Temp\bdl73125.exe (several times per week). Avast detects it, but cannot delete (perhaps file is locked), I have to schedule boot scan to remove it. I have W2k, with latest ServicePack, all security patches for system and IE installed, whole disk scanned with Avast and LavaSoft Adware, everything’s clean. My question is - how this trojan copies to my computer again and again? How can I avoid this? Can anybody help me?
