My daughter has asked me to help me help her get rid of a virus on her computer. Her Avast software has identified a virus called TROJANO-201 and she has tried to use the Avast program to delete it, clean it, or contain it but her computer still has it when she restarts. We are both novices and would love some help to get rid of this thing. She has tried to go online herself to find an answer but her computer completely freezes up when she gets online.
