Trojano - bot.exe

Hi All,

I have downloaded avast server - ver 4.8 (60 day free trial version) to our server. I ran the scan and avast found one virus. Name of the file is bot.exe and result says “Infection - Win32: Trojano-BP[Trj]”.

It gives error while repairing the file.Error : “Error occurred during file repair. The system cannot find the file specified.”

Can anyone help in removing the virus?

how did u scan??

do a boottime scan and remove it, u dont need to fix it since its not a known OS file…

if that doesnt work u must download Avast BartCD and scan and remove…
