Trouble adding mobile device

I tried to secure another device,my android mobile,but i get this message “error 100, internal server error”.when i try to “go premium” from my mobile,as soon as i click the “already have a licence” option, nothing happens.any ideas?thanks.

Hi yannis4, I guess this would be better to deal with directly with Support, so that they can see your Google account and tell you more concrete information. Could you please send them an e-mail to android@avast.com or submit a request ticket on support.avast.com? Thanks, I hope you get your Premium soon!
