Trouble Getting a Refund

Hi, I bought Avast! yesterday and didn’t like. I’m looking for ways to get a refund.

I’m redirected to findmyorder.com and couldn’t find a way to get a refund. When I put in my order and password, I’m redirected to
https://www.findmyorder.com/ and can’t manage my subscription. I have spent $97 on a product I DO NOT WANT.

For sales and related matters, licenses renew, refunds, open a ticket: https://support.avast.com. Please, understand that the forum users can’t address these issues.

I can’t find the way to request for refund.
Eventually, I intended to submit a ticket requesting refund, but linked page returns “The page you were looking for doesn’t exist.” message.
It’s very disappointing the efficiency for charging (in advance) and that it’s so difficult to even communicate for refund.
In fact, I haven’t been able to communicate with support through writing; not from the very software interface, not from the webpage, not by answering Avast emails.

I have placed ticket for refund 6 days and 4 hours ago. still didnt get any update on that. phone support says please open a ticket and wait for 3 business days. which is done 2 days ago. i really like avast and i am using since 10 years. but i dont know what to do now >:( >:( >:( >:(
