Make a note of the Error Code G84UJ1 and click the Contact Support Button and I guess there will be an option to post that Error code so they can investigate it. Have you tried that ?
Given you have posted in the General sub-forum it doesn’t say what Avast Product you were using, presumably Avast for Mobile (Android).
