Trouble with Sirefef AO [Rtk] and Zaccess

Hey everyone,
I’ve had a bit of an issue - avast keeps detecting ‘sirefef AO’ and something similar every few minutes and says it moves it to the chest, but it keeps popping back up. I’m no computer expert but I’ve done the scans with MBAM etc and attached the logs… Any help’d be much appreciated!
Thanks heaps,
James
