I uninstalled Avast no problem but I noticed that I have a message to troubleshoot the computer. What it says about it reads"Avast! Firewall NDIS Filter Miniport. Windows cannot start this hardware because its configuration information(in the registry)is incomplete or damaged.Avast is uninstalled .So what am I to do about this.
Run this tool. It will reboot into safemode. Run the tool regardless of having uninstalled Avast.
That has resolved out of sync issues for me in the past.
