:(I have never been able to get Avast internet security suite to run on this computer. I tried even with your tech support with no success. I still use your free version on my computers and they work just fine.
- Which version of AIS…??
- OS…?? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP…?)
- Other security related software installed…??
- Which AV(s) did you use before avast!..??

Are BOTH programs installed on your machine now or did you uninstall AIS?
