Troubles with ordering and paying for AVAST 2015 PRO subscription

This is a client of mine who wants to extend her existing AVAST subscribtion, which is only still valid for a couple of days. (Dutch locale)

I filled in the submit ticket form on behave of client, but I do not get conformation on website or by email, shall I submit a ticket about that too? ;D
