Hi everybody as u all that i am a virus buster team member in india i fix pcs tho i have done some mistakes on helping people on the forum i have learnt how to deal with malware cases out here and i will try to do it in the simlpe way and ask u all to trust my helping hand dont worry i have been in this field for past 7 years and know how to deal with any virus call as far as u all cooperate with me.awaiting for ur cooperative reply.

I have absolutely no idea why you feel you have to blow your own trumpet and post this tosh.
To be brutally honest again, based on your previous posts I have serious doubts about your abilities. You might be fine working hands on, but your analysis skills in the case of remote diagnosis seems lacking.
So far all we have seen on the forums is a one trick pony of throw a number of random tools at the OP, many of which are totally off track of what is going on with the users system, often without a single probing/diagnostic question to make your decision on how to proceed.
You just dive in and throw multiple tools at the OP, without a single question or any form of analysis. This may be fine when ‘you’ are working hands on a a users system but for remote assistance, sorry but it isn’t good.
Worse you dive in to numerous topics that are old and haven’t had a post from the OP in ages or not at all since their first post, this doesn’t help anyone.
This has nothing to do with co-operation with you, it is all about the help offered to avast users within the official avast forum.

I know that I’m only a Junior Member too and that I’m not a professional malware remover, but this makes you look very arrogant. DavidR is right, you do just tell people to use Hitman Pro (which in my experience can really mess up your machine) or some other program without really asking for more information. It sounds to me like you do pretty much the same thing for trying to remove infections which won’t cut it. I think you had another post alot like this one a few days ago. And although there are some very smart people in this forum like essexboy and other Evangelists, you need to be more open-minded and realize the reason this forum was created. A forum, including this one, uses the intelligence of its many users, not just you com115.
Sorry next time i will stay open minded and improve on my diagonosis and recommendations.
