I tried installing the Avast trusted extension GoFullPage, and first, I was getting a message that the extension could not be verified. Now, when I try, I am getting the error message that “This item is already being downloaded and added into Chrome.” However, there is no Chrome installed in this system.
In this video you can see the error message: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ndXql3P_9Ik
Here, you view the extension “… couldn’t be verified”
Could I get some feedback?
Thanks
What version of the Secure Browser are you using?
I’m on version 91.0.10364.115 (Official Build) (beta) (64-bit) and the extension works as advertised.

Excellent, it looks like we have the same version. Again, the videos display the errors I am experiencing.

Hi!
It looks that something when wrong during installation of the extension.
Don’t be confused with the message about Chrome. Our browser is build on same base as Chrome so that’s why we can use the same extensions. But Chrome webstore is unable to determine that difference. That’s why it is mentioning that the extension is installed in Chrome even when Chrome is not installed.
I suggest to go to your profile in c:\Users<your user name>\AppData\Local\AVAST Software\Browser\User Data\Default\Extensions and delete folder fdpohaocaechififmbbbbbknoalclacl
This should remove all parts of the GoFullPage extension and you can try install it again.
