Hi All

I am having a problem with being unable to sign in to various accounts online and I continue to get the following message: Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, or using a different web browser.

I am NOT an IT afficionado and have done my best to do as advised by disabling ad blockers, etc. Nothing worked. I moved on to using different web browsers. So far, Chrome and the AVAST Secure Browser (my two preferred browsers) have given me the same message whereas Firefox and Edge have been ok (admittedly they seemed ok whilst I turned off AVAST security, etc.)

What can I do?

Could you please clarify, if you are able to access websites via all browsers with Avast Antivirus turned off, or only via Firefox and Edge?
Could you also provide us with an example URL and or screenshot?
