Unfortunately I fell for this recently on discord after executing a .rar with malware, and while I set my account to be deleted on there, I also got rid of all the files I could in discord that weren’t there originally (and Avast premium managed to quarantine a bit of malware that was loading during startup, thanks for that!), but I was wondering if there was anything else I could do about this?
I would run a scan with Malwarebytes antimalware and Malwarebytes adwcleaner and let them remove what they find
