tryin to upgrade from free keep getting payment failed

I have been trying unsuccessfully to upgrade from avast free and i keep getting payment failed. Have tried 4 different cc’s and paypal to no avail, all of which i know for a fact are viable. I have tried at least 7 or 8 times. I sent in a support query which was never answered and a support ticket which was rejected for not having a license. And sent to the faq page which had nothing to help me. Any help would be appreciated. Very lame support help from avast.

we can’t see why it failed, only avast can.
You need to submit a ticket and ask them to have a look > https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new?form=3
