Trying to cancel Free subscription wasn't sent Order ID

The Subject title mentions it all really, i followed the steps because i was interested in the 2 month free Trial but no E-mail with the order ID was sent to me, to go ahead with the cancelling steps yet i was still given the 2 months free.

EDIT: The Issue has now been resolved.

If you don’t have an order # use 00000000 then explain your problem.
