Trying to cancel my subscription; Avast keeps billing me

I’ve been unsubscribed, according to my account when I use the “Go to Account” link in my Avast Antivirus program. However, I keep seeing in my bank statement that Avast keeps trying to bill me anyways, and I can see my subscription is still logged as ‘Active’ in the Antivirus’ UI, including a next payment date.

I’ve tried to use the ‘contact support’ form, but it just keeps refreshing to an unfilled state every time I press submit.

How can I get Avast to finally stop trying to bill me for the Premium Security product, as I don’t want it? I’d want a refund too, but at this point I just want this frustration to stop.
