I have been emailing a company and since I upgraded my subscription I haven’t got an email since Sept11,2025 I would like to know if she is in the quarantine file.
First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.
Since you have posted in the Avast Free Antivirus / Premium Security sub-forum and mentioned you upgraded your subscription, I can only assume you have Avast Premium Security ?
I’m not aware that emails are sent to quarantine, even if they were you should first have received an Avast Alert in the same way as detections on files on your system.
Are you getting any avast Alert or other message relating to it ?
You can look in the Avast Quarantine (but I rather doubt you will find it there), Right click in the Avast Tray Icon and select Quarantine. Here you will see any ‘files’ that have been sent there, but because of the nature of emails (file format) when stored in an email folder may be compressed and the AV won’t be able to insert it.
