I submitted a ticket 26 Days ago, Ticket #108710, requesting a refund for a charge to my card I had not expected last year since the software had been deactivated and the computer dead for over a year prior. I have not heard anything back about it and can see it as “Being Processed” at https://support.avast.com/support/tickets.
How do I check on the status of my request since it has been some time. I realize I submitted it over the holidays, but I would have thought to hear something by now. Any help, or pointers, are appreciated!
