Hello, I’m posting in regards about not getting my moneyback after paying for VPN Avast, which after 1 day of buying it online, had configuration issues (for all the ip-hosts). I tried requesting help through a “ticket”, and I also called (which the person told me, I would have to pay more, to get ‘technical help’). At this point (day 7 of buying it), I decided enough is enough, and went to call the company, which a person discontinued my license and said to submit another ‘refund request’ ticket. After another 7 days (day 14), my refund request was “processed” and closed, at which time I STILL DID NOT get my money back (after checking my bank). So i posted another reply, on the same ticket, asking for the status of my refund. And after (day 20), I have stilll not got a response back… I’m really frustrated that this company can process and take my money online so FAST, but can’t give me a refund at the same speed-rate. Please, can I speak to a mod/help, because I would really like to get my money back for a service that doesn’t work for me, which my license was discontinued for, and move on with my life. Thanks.
