Trying to Purchase Subscription 60 User Standard Suite

I have tried emailing a request (sales@avast.com) for quote on renewal Subscription for a 60 User Standard Suite. We are currently using a 50 user advanced and want to renew it. Is the Sales@avast.com still a valid email address to get a quote?

I do not believe that have received any renewal coupons like we normally do?

I believe the sales (at) avast.com is still valid, so I would have expected them to respond quickly as they usually do. I don’t know if you have any spam filtering at work that might be blocking. You could add the avast email to any white list or try sending it again with a different email address and see if any reply from avast gets through.

Yes they did reply, I think we may have been blocking there subnet. 195.0.0.0
